Why the pictures I uploaded have shape change? |
Please upload the standard picture as we required:
1. The logo: support .gif and .jpg, the
standard size is 120*60 pels and please use write background(#ffffff,R=255/G=255/B=255.
Ffile size should be less than 200k).
2. The product pictures: support .gif and
.jpg, length:width = 1:1, picture size less than 250*250pets,
file size less than 200k.
3. Pictures of certificates: Support .gif
and .jpg, length:width =4:3, picture size less than 280*210pets,
file size less than 200k.

Should I input both English and Chinese? |
We suggest all your information should be in both Chinese
and English. More detailed information will attract more
attentions, as these two languages will be able to cover
most clients.

Why my logo is 
? (special for supplier) |
Because your certificat information was not completely
providied. Please send your
certificate information to us with the subject "Company
name + certificate application", otherwise there will
be no logo next to your company name. If you provide complete
information you will see:

How to update my certificate information? |
|
To assure the authority and authenticity, you are not allowed
to make any modification by yourself, please provide us the
copy of your certificates if you need to update your certificate
information. |

Would my account be invalidation? |
